That’s better than anything I’ve done so far, although I’d probably make John’s head a tiny bit smaller (knowing Dave’s head is enormous in comparison anyhow). Still nice colour matching and stuff; this is not bad at all. But how in the fuck does one mask bits out of a gif like that to cut the individual heads out? I know how to do it on a static image, but how in the hell can you cut something out so seamlessly when it’s a gif? *GRAPHICS ENVY* Someone comment with a link to a tut and I will love you forever (and flood your dash with porn).
