I just found the programme for the production of Hamlet I saw a couple of years ago, starring John Simm and thought I’d share some of the rehearsal photos it had in it :)
There’s no such thing as too much Simm with a sword :q I was sitting in the second or third row and was afraid he’d take an audience member’s eye out during the last swordfight because this man holds nothing back. It was as disturbing as watching a real fight between two people. “Intense” doesn’t even begin to cover it it.
